His son Miguel, the only one of his children to have followed him in business, joined him in the 70s. As he finally decided to take over the family business, he returned to Cardis-Sotheby’s in Lausanne to learn the trade; subsequently, he took the exam for the Property Manager Federal Certificate and joined Gérance Service SA.

Since October 2018, Fred Ernand has been the new head of the company, as his father has gradually retired. At the present, his staff includes 12 people, and new departments were created, such as those in charge of refurbishment works and site monitoring, the company being held to innovate in an increasingly competitive market, but first and foremost, preserve and pursue the work of the previous generations.
