A large part of our activity is concentrated on the maintenance of properties and residential chalets of apartments in co-ownership by floor. Our experienced team deals with the billing for charges or running costs, paying of bills, keeping accounts, co-property AGMs, undertaking all caretaking, maintenance and renovation works. These services are also available upon request to private clients and we can also arrange cleaning, laundry, overseeing works and in a general fashion anything that can make our clients stays more pleasant and relaxing.
